Wood-smoked aroma infused into the skin and meat. The fatty parts are glistening, and the lean meat is tender. Eating it with a hot bun is incredibly fragrant!

A combination of millet and glutinous rice, with a layer of dense red date paste. Chilled and drizzled with honey, it's refreshing and sweet; a "Chinese tiramisu."
16. Guo You Rou (Meat Stir-fried in Oil)
A famous Shanxi dish with a Hunyuan flavor! Tender and non-greasy slices of tenderloin, paired with wood ear mushrooms and garlic chives. One plate can go with three bowls of rice.
17. Cold Pork Skin Jelly
Pig skin boiled into a crystal clear jelly. Cut into pieces and drizzled with chili oil and vinegar, with a wonderful bouncy texture!
18. Grilled Pork Chops

The Hunyuan version of "abundance every year"! Carp raised in the Hengshan Mountain springs, slow-cooked in rich soy sauce, with gelatinous fish skin and tender fish meat so delicate that chopsticks can barely hold it!

Crispy skin, fragrant filling, the king of carbohydrates! With pork or red bean filling, pan-fried until golden brown on both sides; even though it's hot enough to burn your mouth, you still have to shout "delicious!".
23. Smoked Eggs
A companion to Liangfen (jelly noodles) for the people of Hunyuan! Wood-smoked with amber patterns, the egg white is springy, and the yolk is sandy and flavorful. One after another, you can't stop eating them.
