Dear Tourists:
In order to regulate tourism order and maximize the satisfaction of tourists' needs, from January 1, 2025, Hengshan Mountain and Hanging Temple scenic areas will no longer set up ticket supplement points and group ticket sales points. All tourists (including individual and group tourists) must go to the Hengshan Mountain Tourist Center to purchase tickets. Tourists need to park their vehicles in the Tourist Center parking lot and then take the shuttle bus to enter the Hengshan Mountain and Hanging Temple scenic areas. People with special certificates can apply for corresponding discount tickets at the Tourist Center.
(1) Ticket sales window opening hours at the Tourist Service Center: Hengshan Mountain 7:30——16:00, Hanging Temple 7:30——16:30; Yong'an Temple 8:30——17:00; Online ticket sales start at 7:20 every day; (During national statutory holidays and peak tourist seasons, ticket sales and suspension times will be determined according to the number of tourists in the scenic area. Pets are prohibited in the scenic area.)
(2) Shuttle Bus: To enter the Hanging Temple and Hengshan Mountain scenic areas, you need to go to the Hengshan Mountain Tourist Center to take the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus to the Hanging Temple scenic area runs from 07:30 to 16:30, and the shuttle bus to the Hengshan Mountain scenic area runs from 8:00 to 16:00;
(3) Online Reservation Rules for Scenic Spots:
①For Hanging Temple climbing tickets, a maximum of two adult tickets, one half-price ticket, and two free tickets can be purchased per order; please carefully check the ticket user information;
②For scenic area tickets pre-sold within 7 days, except for climbing tickets, a maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per order;
③Each account can only purchase one order per scenic area per day. A new order can only be purchased after the previous order is fully written off, cancelled, or refunded; Climbing tickets are limited to 1 purchase per week and 2 purchases per month;
④To prevent ticket locking behavior, the system will return tickets at irregular intervals for orders that have not been paid in time. Please pay promptly;
(4) People with special preferential treatment can apply for discounted tickets at the ticket sales window of the tourist center with their ID card and relevant valid documents, and enter the park with their ID card:
①Active military personnel (including military academy students) are exempt from tickets with their ID card and Military Personnel Security Card, Officer's Certificate, or Soldier's Certificate;
②Active military personnel's family members enjoy a half-price discount on the entrance fee to the Hanging Temple with their ID card and Military Family Member Certificate. The climbing fee is charged at the posted price;
③Martyrs' families, families of military personnel who died in the line of duty, and families of deceased military personnel are exempt from the entrance fee with their ID card and the preferential treatment certificate issued by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs. The climbing fee is charged at the posted price;
④Disabled persons are exempt from tickets with their ID card and the second generation "People's Republic of China Disability Certificate"; Disabled military personnel are exempt from tickets with their ID card and "Disabled Military Personnel Certificate";
⑤Tour guides are exempt from the entrance fee with their ID card, tour guide certificate, group dispatch form, and itinerary plan (excluding tour guide qualification certificate and manager qualification certificate). The climbing fee is charged at the posted price;
⑥Retired military cadres and retired non-commissioned officers are exempt from tickets with their ID card and Honor Certificate, Retirement Certificate, and Non-commissioned Officer Retirement Certificate;
⑦Public security police officers are exempt from the entrance fee with their Police Officer's Certificate. The climbing fee is charged at the posted price;
⑧In-service, retired, and disabled fire rescue personnel and fire rescue academy students are exempt from tickets with their ID card and Fire Rescue Team Cadre Certificate, Fire Rescue Team Firefighter Certificate, Fire Rescue Team Disability Certificate, and Fire Rescue Team Student Certificate;
⑨Students aged 18 and above with undergraduate or lower academic qualifications enjoy a half-price discount with their ID card and student ID;
(5) Tickets are valid for the day only. If you need a refund, please refund the ticket between 7:25 and 22:00 the day before the tour date. Expired tickets will not be refunded;
(6) Tourists aged 60 and above can enter the Yong'an Temple scenic area, Hengshan Mountain scenic area, and Hanging Temple with their valid ID card. A 0 yuan ticket is required for climbing the Hanging Temple;
(7) Invoice Issuance Instructions: Please enter the Beiyue Yunyou applet, click "My" - "Invoice Issuance" to issue an invoice:
①Only one invoice can be issued for one order; splitting orders for invoice issuance is not supported; only invoices for used orders can be issued.
②Online Order Invoicing: For online orders, click: Invoice Issuance - "Online Order Invoicing", select the tickets you need to issue, click to apply for issuance, enter the invoicing information and submit. After successful issuance, enter the "Invoice Information" into "Invoice Verification" to verify and download the invoice.
③Offline Scan Code Invoicing: For paper tickets purchased on-site that require an invoice, please click Invoice Issuance - "Offline Scan Code Invoicing", scan the verification QR code on the ticket, and enter the invoicing information for issuance. After successful issuance, enter the invoice information into "Invoice Verification" to verify and download the invoice.
(8) The scenic area strictly prohibits ticket scalping or the sale of high-priced tickets from scalpers. Once discovered, the relevant electronic tickets will be invalidated, and entry will not be permitted on-site. The scenic area will not refund the fee and will add the relevant accounts and mobile phone numbers to the blacklist. Please purchase tickets through the official website or official cooperative channels to protect your rights and interests.
