To beautify Hunyuan Ancient City, promote tourism development, purify students' minds, and cultivate civilized habits, on the afternoon of March 20, some students from the first grade of our school went to the Hengshan Mountain Tourist Service Center to carry out social practice and volunteer service activities.
Under the guidance of the staff, the students visited the Hunyuan Whole Region Tourism Command Center at the Hengshan Mountain Tourist Service Center. The large electronic screen clearly displayed various tourism data. Staff can use this data to promptly and comprehensively coordinate tourism services across the county, reflecting the perfect combination of technology and the ancient tourist city. Assistant Principal Zhang Wenju participated.
On the second floor exhibition hall, the students followed the explainer to view the settings of the tourism guide map, LED display screen, reception desk, etc., experiencing firsthand the high-quality tourism services in our county. Subsequently, they worked in groups, going deep into the tourist service center to diligently clean up trash around the road barriers, leaving no corner untouched. The students contributed their efforts to Hunyuan tourism, allowing visitors from afar to feel the sincerity of the people of Hunyuan.
Youth should be the fire of civilization, and teenagers should stand at the forefront of the times. In this social practice and volunteer activity, the students witnessed the vigorous vitality of their hometown's tourism development and felt the harmonious coexistence of traditional culture and modern civilization. Everyone expressed that they would cultivate their character with the self-conscious tempering of "self-cultivation and moral integrity," demonstrate their demeanor with "refined and cultured" cultivation, and make civilized behavior the most beautiful flowing business card of Hunyuan. They should not only be inheritors of Beiyue culture, but also practitioners of new civilized practices, participating in the construction of their hometown with the attitude of "owners," nurturing the flowers of civilization with knowledge, painting a blueprint for development with youthful responsibilities, and writing a contemporary answer to the "City of Civilized Etiquette".
