The Hengshan Mountain Visitor Center is a large, comprehensive visitor service and distribution center, covering over 400 mu (approximately 26.7 hectares), with a total construction area of 23,000 square meters and 3,600 parking spaces. The center's main functions include visitor reception and consultation, ticketing services, commercial services, multi-functional displays, and visitor transportation. Due to business needs, we are now publicly recruiting computer operators for the control room.

I. Job Requirements

1. Computer Operator for the Visitor Center Control Room

2. Number of Positions: 5

3. Working Hours: 8 hours per day, with evening shifts required during peak season.

II. Job Requirements

1. Good health, under 30 years of age, gender unrestricted

2. Junior college degree or above, with more than 2 years of computer operation experience, proficient in using WPS and Office software;

3. Familiar with the operation status of computers and equipment;

4. Law-abiding, with good political and ideological quality, and upright character;

5. Dedicated to work, quick-witted, with a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, strong service awareness, and strong coordination and communication skills;

6. Ability to judge faults and repair common faults;

III. Salary and Benefits

1. Monthly salary negotiable. Overtime pay during holidays and other holidays will be implemented in accordance with the Labor Law and relevant company regulations.

2. Four days off per month, 2-month probationary period. After passing the probationary period assessment, a labor contract will be signed, and relevant social security will be paid by the relevant labor service company.

IV. Job Responsibilities

1. Under the guidance and requirements of superiors, actively complete the daily work of the digital control center.

2. Firmly establish the work concept of "dedication to work and conscientious performance of duties," maintain a positive service attitude, and love one's job.

3. Strictly abide by all rules and regulations and labor discipline, obey commands, follow arrangements, and actively complete various work tasks.

4. Be familiar with the basic operation, maintenance requirements, and troubleshooting methods of the existing equipment in the control room, ensuring the smooth operation of the entire visitor center's digital management system.

5. Carefully care for equipment, strengthen daily maintenance, conduct careful inspections of the entire digital system before work, during operation, and after work, fill out inspection records in detail, and ensure the normal operation of servers and network equipment.

6. Monitor the operation status of the visitor center through intelligent monitoring and the Global Positioning System (GPS), ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the entire visitor center. Record any violations of vehicle operation and other situations that may damage the image of the visitor center, and notify the supervisor. Report incidents such as security incidents, natural disasters, traffic accidents, and ticket evasion according to the relevant procedures.

7. Turn the LED screens on and off according to the center's stipulated time, ensuring that the screens play normally throughout the day. Do not change the playback content without the consent of the supervisor.

8. Strictly implement the "Control Room Confidentiality System." Checking tickets and retrieving surveillance video requires the consent of the supervisor; unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the control room, and relevant data must not be disclosed to the outside world.

9. Daily inspection records and relevant technical materials should be properly archived, stored neatly, and consistent with the accounts, for easy access.

10. Handle the reception of important visitors, be familiar with the basic situation of the digital system construction, and be able to explain and operate it.
