Statement Regarding the Severe Crackdown on the Malicious Resale of Hanging Temple Tickets by Unauthorized Third-Party Online Platforms


Dear Tourists:

The Hanging Temple Scenic Area continues to provide high-quality services and cultural products to the public. However, this has been accompanied by malicious ticket scalping by unauthorized third-party online platforms, which seriously disrupts the normal order of the Hanging Temple Scenic Area and the fairness of visitor visits. Given that some third-party online platforms are currently selling Hanging Temple entrance tickets online without authorization from the Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area Management Center, in order to protect the reputation of the scenic area and the legitimate rights and interests of tourists, this scenic area hereby solemnly declares:

I. Currently, the Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area Management Center only authorizes three official online booking and ticketing platforms: Ctrip, Tongcheng, and Meituan. No other units or individuals may sell tickets for this scenic area through other online platforms.

II. Apart from this scenic area's official WeChat account and authorized online platforms, any tickets sold online related to this scenic area (including but not limited to Xianyu, Taobao, Dianping, Fliggy, Xiaohongshu, Gaode, Douyin, etc.) are not officially authorized by this scenic area. Tickets from unofficial channels may result in difficulties visiting, ticket checking issues, failed refunds, and other risks. Please be wary of ticket scams, avoid being cheated, and avoid choosing unofficial channels to protect your own interests. The scenic area will not be responsible for any losses incurred by tourists as a result.

III. Some third-party platforms, units, and individuals have illegally sold tickets online without the consent of the Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area Management Center, which constitutes a violation of relevant laws and regulations such as the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, the Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China. From the date of this statement, relevant platforms, units, and individuals should immediately remove products related to "Hanging Temple entrance tickets" and stop sales. Otherwise, the Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area Management Center will report the incident to the police, and we will cooperate with the public security organs to severely crack down on these behaviors. We will also pursue the legal liabilities of offenders through complaints to administrative law enforcement departments and lawsuits in court, and we will also pursue the legal liabilities of the relevant platforms.

We welcome tourists and the public to actively report and provide clues, so that we can work together to maintain the good order and tourism environment of the Hanging Temple Scenic Area.
