Ode to Hengyin

The unique and stunning Hengyin, captivating and majestic; towering to the heavens, revered by both gods and mortals. Throughout Hengshan Mountain, Hengyin is indispensable; in the panoramic view of Hunyuan, the wonders lie solely in Hengyin. Precipitous peaks stand tall, remnants of Gonggong's enraged collision; bizarre and jagged rocks, leftover from Nüwa's mending of the heavens. Jade-like streams cascade through secluded valleys, the result of divine turtles' transformative nurturing; verdant mist meets the sky, formed from the White Dragon's life-giving rain. In the morning, bathed in the glory of the sun and moon; in the evening, watching clouds and mist resembling a magnificent screen. Favored by nature, even Zhu Rong would visit from afar; embodying Yin and utilizing Yang, bestowing light and transformation. Eight directions awaken to enlightenment, ultimately aiding nirvana; following Heaven's will and responding to humanity's needs, a new beginning in the year Renyin. In the past, serendipitous encounters along the Luo River, elegant gatherings in Hongdu. Today, an appointment in Hunzhou, Hengyin is eagerly anticipated!

Opening Hours

Starting July 17th, the Hengyin Scenic Area (Hengshan Mountain back mountain) of Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area will officially reopen. The daily opening hours of the scenic area are determined based on factors such as season and weather. Please cooperate with the staff.

Warm Tips

Hengshan Mountain is the shared home of the people of Hunyuan, and protecting Hengshan Mountain is the inescapable responsibility of all citizens. When entering the scenic area, please consciously follow these points:

1. Abide by the relevant regulations on forest fire prevention. Do not bring lighters, matches, or other flammable materials such as gasoline into the scenic area. Do not smoke, burn incense, burn paper, or have picnics or barbecues in the scenic area.

2. When sightseeing, please walk on the trails and roads. Do not enter undeveloped areas without authorization, avoid walking on mountain roads at night, and be aware of safety risks such as landslides, falling rocks, and debris flows.

3. Observe public order, protect the plants and animals in the scenic area, protect public facilities, do not spit, do not litter, and strive to be civilized tourists.
