To fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, cultivate a high-quality and high-level team of tour guides, adapt to the new development of the tourism industry in the new era, and better promote the professional growth of the interpreters at the Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area Management Center, enabling interpreters to rapidly improve their comprehensive abilities in aspects such as basic cultural literacy, handling complaints, improving service skills, and the development of tour guides under the new situation, an all-provincial tour guide service training class, hosted by the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, was held at the Datong Jin Kai International Hotel on the afternoon of February 19. Eighteen interpreters from the Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area Management Center, full of anticipation and eagerness to learn, are making full preparations to improve their professional skills.

This two-day training course invited professional teachers with many years of experience and cultivation in tour guiding to lecture. The content covered tour guide broadcasting experience sharing, improving tour guide cultural literacy and comprehensive quality, enhancing service skills, achieving a professional career, the craftsman spirit achieving an outstanding career, and the development trends and matters needing attention for tour guides under the new situation. The course vividly and humorously presented the basic knowledge of tour guide interpretation, tourism laws and regulations, and practical tour guide skills to the participants, encouraging everyone to integrate patriotism, strengthening the country, and serving the country into their daily tour guide work and becoming a tour guide worker with firm beliefs. The interpreters who participated in the training were attentive and cherished this valuable opportunity to further their professional development.

In the training session, teachers Niu Gang, Tian Yunguo, Li Ying, and Bai Jianhua gave training lectures. They emphasized the importance of tour guide work and the need to improve their skills. They stressed that even veteran tour guides with many years of practical experience should keep up with the times and continue learning. Through learning, they can better master the essential knowledge of tour guide work, shine in their ordinary jobs, and contribute their strength to the upgrading and development of the tourism industry. The saying goes, 'Among three people, walking together, there must be one who can be my teacher.' In the daily process of leading tour groups, everyone has something worth learning from. I hope everyone can humbly learn from veteran tour guides with many years of experience, colleagues in the same team, and ordinary tourists, helping each other and making progress together.

This training content is closely linked to the current situation, and the high level of teaching staff and professional skills has laid the foundation for comprehensively improving the quality of the tourism industry and the high-quality development of the provincial tourism industry. The training content focuses on the shortcomings in the development of the tour guide team, providing precise training. The breadth, height, width, and depth of the training have reached a high level, receiving high praise from the participating tour guide team. The interpreters felt they gained a lot and benefited greatly.
