The Spring Festival embodies the Chinese people’s cherished aspirations, filled with heartfelt family bonds and nostalgic yearnings for home—a time when dreams for the new year come alive. Meanwhile, as holiday traditions and mindsets evolve, more and more families are choosing to travel during the festive season. In recent years, Hunyuan has gained immense popularity and captured widespread attention, emerging as a beloved tourist destination that draws visitors from both home and abroad seeking leisure and vacation experiences. As the Lunar Year of the Horse—Bingwu—approaches, the cultural and tourism authorities of Hunyuan County extend their warmest early greetings to all fellow villagers and residents across the county, wishing you a joyous and prosperous Spring Festival!

First, over the past year, under the correct leadership of the County Party Committee and the County Government, and with the goal of building “Five Hearts and Five Places,” we have earnestly implemented the national, provincial, and municipal tourism development strategies. All our efforts have been successfully put into practice, yielding outstanding achievements. Your dedication has been widely recognized, and we sincerely thank all cultural and tourism professionals across the county. We also extend our heartfelt condolences to all fellow villagers and residents throughout the county.

II. As the Spring Festival draws near, we hope that all residents of the county will continue to uphold our commitment to high-quality service, elevate our service philosophy, and warmly welcome guests from all over the world with enthusiasm and sincerity. We aim to make every visitor feel “at home” during the Lunar New Year, providing tourists visiting Hunyuan with a sense of warmth and comfort—just as if they were returning to their own homes. We strive to ensure that visitors enjoy a relaxing stay, eat with peace of mind, stay comfortably, and have an unforgettable Spring Festival experience in Hunyuan.

Third, all major hotels and catering businesses throughout the county should excel in their dining services, elevate the quality of their dishes, and upgrade the presentation, color, aroma, and taste of their meals. Waitstaff should adopt a warm and welcoming attitude, treating guests like family members, providing meticulous and attentive service—anticipating what guests might think of and even going beyond their expectations. The dining environment should be lively and inviting, offering guests the warmth and comfort of home, leaving them with cherished memories and helping to establish high-quality, reputable hotel brands.

4. Enhance safety awareness and fortify our ideological defenses. All tourism-related organizations must prioritize safety during the Spring Festival. While providing excellent visitor services, we must pay constant attention to food safety, traffic safety, scenic area safety, tourist safety, and the safe handling of fireworks and firecrackers.
