A Swift and Decisive Crackdown to Safeguard Tourism Order

In response to public reports of smoking in smoke-free zones, Cao Qilong, Party Secretary and Director of the Hengguan Center, promptly issued instructions calling for strengthened supervision and thorough rectification. Tang Peng, head of the scenic area’s discipline inspection team, led a task force to conduct on-site inspections at various attractions, focusing on operational order, safety assurance, visitor flow management, and smoke-free zone enforcement. The team provided specific guidance to ensure the smooth and orderly operation of the scenic areas during the holiday.

On May 5, relevant authorities in Hunyuan County responded promptly, stating that they would rigorously crack down on all violations to effectively enhance the visitor experience.

In response to the issue of ticket scalping and price gouging online, Hengshan Cultural Tourism Company will strengthen coordination with public security organs and specialized technical departments, continuously upgrade its ticket management system, and accurately monitor abnormal purchasing behaviors. As of April 4 during the May Day holiday, more than 240 accounts engaged in illegal ticket purchases have been blocked.
