Li Gongling Management Office Launch the “Tracing the Virtuous Officials of Antiquity, Strengthening the Integrity Defense Line” integrity education and study practice activity. This initiative aims to closely integrate integrity education with the inheritance of historical and cultural traditions by retracing the exemplary deeds of our predecessors and deeply appreciating the spirit of integrity, thereby further reinforcing disciplinary awareness and promoting an atmosphere of honesty and uprightness.

Under the guidance of the docent, the newly appointed cadres of the Hengguan Center and outstanding Party members from various management offices gained a deep understanding of Li Gong’s life—marked by integrity, honesty, diligence in serving the people, and unwavering commitment to public duty. As a model official of his generation, Li Gong devoted his entire life to upholding official ethics and holding himself to the highest standards. His guiding principles for public service—“upholding integrity in one’s conduct, serving the public with diligence, and treating the people with benevolence”—continue to shine brightly across time and space. Amidst the solemn atmosphere, everyone paid respectful homage to the historical relics and listened attentively to the stories of this upright official, profoundly appreciating the personal charisma of ancient officials who embodied “integrity and incorruptibility” and their heartfelt dedication to the welfare of the people, always “keeping the suffering of the masses at heart and taking on responsibilities with courage and determination.”

During the event, Comrade Sun Sisi delivered a vivid and engaging micro-Party lesson on integrity, drawing on the exemplary deeds of Mr. Li and linking them to current requirements for building a clean and honest Party. The Party lesson emphasized that learning from ancient upright officials lies in inheriting their spiritual essence: emulating their clear distinction between public and private interests and their dedication to serving the public good; embracing their detachment from fame and fortune and their willingness to lead a simple life; and adopting their spirit of courage in taking responsibility and their proactive attitude toward progress. All cadres and staff members were urged to take history as a mirror and integrity as a measuring standard, always maintaining a sense of awe and constantly reflecting on the dangers of greed, and keeping the string of integrity and self-discipline taut at all times.

The Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area Management Center will take this on-site integrity education as an opportunity to continue exploring and making good use of the rich integrity culture resources found in Hengshan Mountain and its surrounding areas, integrating integrity education into daily routines and making it a regular practice. By regularly conducting cautionary education, diversifying educational approaches, and building platforms for integrity culture, we will continually strengthen the foundation of a clean and honest culture, guiding all cadres and employees to firmly establish their ideological and moral defenses against corruption and degeneration, and fostering a political environment characterized by integrity, fairness, and a spirit of getting things done.
