To steadily advance Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area In order to advance the work of creating a national 5A‑level tourist attraction, refine and enhance initiatives, solidify work responsibilities, and pool collaborative efforts, the Joint Meeting of the Special Task Force for 5A Creation at Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area and the Work Plan Report Meeting for the Creation and Enhancement Phase were held on March 12 in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Hengguan Center. The meeting first heard a report on the “Work Plan for the Phase of Enhancing Tourism Facilities and Service Quality in the Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area to Create a National AAAAA‑Level Tourist Attraction,” which systematically clarified the goals, tasks, standard requirements, implementation paths, and time nodes for the creation and enhancement efforts, providing professional guidance and operational guidelines for the next phase of work.

Subsequently, the 5A Creation Office made specific arrangements for current key creation tasks, responsibility allocation, schedule planning, and matters requiring coordination, further clarifying the work chain and strengthening overall coordinated promotion.

The leading units—including the County Transportation Bureau, the Government Office, the Traffic Management Brigade, the Social Work Department, the Medical Group, the Ecological Environment Bureau, all departments of the Hengshan Management Center, and Hengshan Culture & Tourism Company—successively posed questions and engaged in exchanges around the content of the mentoring team’s plan, reported on the progress of their respective leading initiatives, identified existing problems and difficulties, proposed matters requiring cross‑departmental coordination and cooperation, and clarified their plans for the next steps. Each unit confronted issues head‑on and engaged in pragmatic exchanges, fostering a positive atmosphere of joint oversight and collaborative problem‑solving.

The leaders in attendance and other participating units fully exchanged views on optimizing plans, addressing shortcomings, and accelerating progress, thereby building consensus and refining specific measures.

Finally, Cao Qilong delivered a concluding speech, emphasizing that the 5A designation initiative is a crucial project for enhancing the brand influence of Hengshan Mountain and promoting high‑quality development of culture and tourism. He urged all units to raise their political awareness, strengthen their sense of responsibility, strictly adhere to the creation standards, closely monitor key deadlines, and rigorously implement tasks; to enhance interdepartmental coordination and forge synergistic efforts, and to advance, with higher standards, a more pragmatic work style, and more robust measures, all aspects of work including the improvement of tourism facilities, the enhancement of service quality, and the comprehensive management of the environment, ensuring that all tasks related to the 5A designation are effectively implemented, yield tangible results, and meet the required standards on schedule.

This conference further unified thinking, reinforced responsibilities, and clarified the roadmap, laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive rollout and efficient advancement of work during the 5A creation and enhancement phase of the Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area.

On the evening of March 12 and throughout the entire day of March 13, the expert team provided “one-on-one” specialized guidance to the participating organizations, focusing on specific tasks and organized by field.
