It is imperative to uphold the safety bottom line and build a comprehensive safety barrier. Tourist safety must always be the top priority, with coordinated efforts to safeguard both the personal safety of visitors and the security of the tourism market, while placing particular emphasis on strengthening the protection of cultural relics. In light of the anticipated increase in visitor numbers during the holiday, inspection and management of cultural sites must be intensified to ensure stability and order across all fronts. Mountain camping should be regulated: all mountainous towns and townships are required to scientifically designate fixed camping areas and bring them under unified, standardized municipal and county-level management. Open flames must be strictly prohibited to prevent forest fires, and relevant authorities must step up law enforcement and patrols to promptly identify and eliminate all potential safety hazards. Service quality must be enhanced to continuously improve the tourist experience. We must bear in mind that service improvement is an ongoing process; strict standards must be enforced for the conduct of scenic-area staff and shuttle-service personnel, with zero tolerance for rude attitudes or sarcastic remarks toward visitors. When conflicts or disputes arise with tourists, they must be proactively resolved at the earliest opportunity, ensuring warm, attentive, patient, and meticulous service. The mechanism for promptly addressing complaints upon receipt must be rigorously implemented to efficiently handle visitor grievances; close attention must be paid to the safe operation of cable cars and the food safety of group meals, with strengthened oversight throughout the entire process; continuous efforts must be made to improve environmental hygiene, with particular emphasis on keeping public restrooms clean and well-maintained to showcase the civilized image of the county seat; furthermore, all public institutions across the county should open their parking lots and restrooms free of charge to provide greater convenience and benefits to residents. Coordination between city-hosted concerts and scenic-area visitor policies must be ensured, with scientific diversion of peak-period crowds to avoid overcrowding and congestion. Cultural and tourism activities should be diversified, and the volunteer-service brand should be strengthened. In response to the booming tourism market, the supply of holiday cultural and tourism offerings must be enriched, with coordinated deployment of security resources and full utilization of volunteer services. Led by the Social Work Department, concerted efforts should be made to build the Huyuan volunteer-service brand and enhance the city’s reputation for high-quality cultural and tourism services. Social forces must be mobilized, and the role of social organizations fully leveraged. Civil groups and social associations should be actively engaged to serve as a “firewall” between government and market, promoting industry self-regulation and collaborative governance, and thereby pooling strong synergy for cultural and tourism work.
