To further optimize ticketing services, create a fair and orderly ticketing environment, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the general public, the Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area will, starting June 2, in Hanging Temple The online ticketing process for the scenic spot now features facial recognition authentication and verification (in trial operation). The relevant rules are as follows:
1. Passengers placing orders using the same mobile phone must complete facial recognition authentication one by one and submit their information. Only after all individuals have passed verification may they join the queue to place orders and purchase tickets. Those who fail verification, as well as other special categories (such as free tickets for persons aged 60 or above, active-duty military personnel, and persons with disabilities) or passport holders, should purchase tickets at the ticket window.
2. We recommend waiting until all your companions have arrived before purchasing tickets as a group. If everyone cannot gather at once, please place separate individual orders to avoid disrupting the ticketing process.
