To celebrate the opening of the Liangfen Culture Park, the first "Hengshan Mountain Tourism Cup" Hunyuan Liangfen Short Video Contest, funded by the Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area Management Center and Shanxi Hengshan Mountain Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd., is now soliciting excellent short video works from all sectors of society. This contest aims to capture, through your lens and creativity, the unique scenery, cultural heritage, characteristic activities, and happy moments of tourists within the Liangfen Culture Park. It will utilize short video platforms to promote Hunyuan Liangfen culture and boost local tourism and cultural development.

This competition aims to capture, through your lens and creativity, the unique scenery, cultural heritage, characteristic activities, and joyful moments of tourists within the Liangfen Culture Park. It will leverage short video platforms to disseminate Hunyuan Liangfen culture and promote local tourism and cultural development.

I. Competition Time and Process:

1. Event Time: July 26th to August 15th

2. Submission Time: July 26th to August 15th

3. Results Announcement and Award Ceremony: August 28th

II. Organizational Chart:

Organizer: County Committee Propaganda Department, Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area Management Center

Co-organizer: Hunyuan County Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Hunyuan County Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Hunyuan County News Center, Hunyuan County Integrated Media Center, Hunyuan County Agricultural Development Investment Group Co., Ltd.

III. Video Requirements:

1. Content must be healthy, positive, and not contain any illegal or inappropriate content.

2. Creativity and originality are encouraged; plagiarism and the use of others' works are prohibited.

3. Works must include at least one of the following: Hunyuan Liangfen culture, scenes related to the Hunyuan Liangfen Culture Park, Hunyuan Liangfen processing and production techniques, and sales and display content.

IV. Work Format and Publication:

1. Professional cameras or high-definition Mobile phone shooting are both acceptable;

2. Landscape-oriented shooting is required;

3. Video length within 2 minutes;

4. Unified topic #Hunyuan Liangfen#Food Recommendation#Hengshan Mountain Tourism#Honest Hunyuan. (Customize according to the content of the work when publishing).

5. Possess a certain level of aesthetic standards, with clean images, no logos, station logos, watermarks, or markings; language is not limited, non-common language works need to add Chinese subtitles.

V. Award Settings:

First Prize (3 winners): 5000 yuan each

Second Prize (5 winners): 2000 yuan each

Third Prize (10 winners): 1000 yuan each

Commemorative Prizes (several): A serving of Jianghu Liangfen (spicy or extra spicy) or a Hunyuan cultural and creative gift.

VI. Copyright Statement:

The organizer has the right to use the original videos of the winners. The organizer has the right to use all award-winning works for the publicity of Hunyuan County Liangfen Culture Park, publications, event promotion, exhibitions, public welfare, etc., without additional remuneration.

VII. Participation Method:

Participants must indicate "Hunyuan Liangfen Short Video" and send the link of the published work and the original video to the organizer's designated email address: 174195478@qq.com. (Note the work name, author, unit, and contact information. Works from authors who cannot be contacted due to incomplete information will be considered withdrawn. The video footage cannot contain any commercial logos; otherwise, it will be considered an invalid work).

VIII. Scoring Standard:

Judge's score + network dissemination data, each accounting for 50%, network dissemination data (number of likes + number of views)

IX. Interpretation Right:

The final interpretation right of this activity belongs to Shanxi Hengshan Mountain Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. and Hunyuan County Agricultural Development Investment Group Co., Ltd.
